# Hướng dẫn gỡ sạch phần mềm Adobe khỏi máy tính

Sử dụng công cụ Creative Cloud Cleaner. Tải về tại [**ĐÂY**](https://swupmf.adobe.com/webfeed/CleanerTool/win/AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe)

 Click vào đây để tải ứng dụng Mở file vừa tải, bấm chuột phải chọn **Run as Administrator**.

Ứng dụng sẽ có giao diện như dưới đây, chúng ta gõ **e** rồi bấm phím **Enter** để chọn ngôn ngữ Tiếng Anh

Lúc này màn hình sẽ hiển thị Thỏa thuận cấp phép người dùng cuối của Adobe: Nhập **y** để chấp nhận hoặc **n** để từ chối (nếu bạn từ chối, tập lệnh sẽ dừng). Nhấn **Enter**. Trong trường hợp này chúng ta nhập **y**.&#x20;

Tiếp theo màn hình sẽ hiển thị các lựa chọn ứng dụng mà bạn muốn gỡ khỏi máy. Tùy vào nhu cầu mà bạn sẽ lựa chọn con số tương ứng. Ở ví dụ này chúng ta chọn số **1**. **All** tức là xóa tất cả. Ấn phím **Enter**.

Tiếp theo màn hình sẽ hiển thị toàn bộ ứng dụng Adobe đang cài đặt trên máy của bạn, và bạn có thể chọn để xóa ứng dụng mà bạn muốn. Ở ví dụ này, chúng ta sẽ chọn **15**. **Clean All** tức là xóa hết.

Tiếp theo màn hình sẽ hiển thị mục để cho bạn xác nhận xem có chắc chắn muốn xóa phần mềm vừa chọn hay không. Nhấn **y** để đồng ý.&#x20;

Khi bạn thấy thông báo "***Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool completed successfully***", hãy nhấn **Enter** và khởi động lại máy tính của bạn.&#x20;

Như vậy phần mềm Adobe đã được gỡ hoàn toàn khỏi máy tính của bạn.
