# Hướng dẫn kích hoạt Youtube Premium trên TV

Mở đơn hàng bạn vừa mua, lấy thông tin như trong hình để điền vào form trên các thông tin:

* Đơn hàng (chỉ điền độc số, bỏ kí tự "#")
* Email mua hàng
* Tài khoản Youtube&#x20;

Để lấy "**Mã trên TV**", ta làm như sau:

Trên TV (hoặc Smart Box), mở ứng dụng Youtube và bấm vào **Đăng nhập**

Chọn **Quét hoặc nhập mã** và lấy mã hiển thị trên màn hình

Sau khi gửi form, yêu cầu kích hoạt Youtube của khách hàng sẽ được xử lý sau 3-5p trong giờ làm việc&#x20;
