# Hướng dẫn cài đặt và sử dụng Anydesk

### Bước 1: 

Truy cập vào đường link sau: <https://anydesk.com/en/downloads/mac-os>, ấn **Download** Now để tải file cài đặt về máy

Bước 2:&#x20;

Sau khi chạy xong file cài đặt, bạn chọn vào biểu tượng Apple trên máy tính sau đó ấn “**Tùy chọn hệ thống**" (Hoặc "**System Preference**” nếu ngôn ngữ máy bạn là tiếng Anh)

### Bước 3:&#x20;

Bạn chọn “**Bảo mật và quyền riêng tư**"  (**Security and Privacy**)

### Bước 4:&#x20;

Chọn mục "**Trợ năng**" (**Accessibility**) → Bấm mở khóa → Đánh dấu vào ô vuông trước ứng dụng Anydesk

### Bước 5:&#x20;

Chọn mục "**Ghi màn hình**" (**Screen Recording**) → Đánh dấu vào ô vuông trước ứng dụng Anydesk

### Bước 6:&#x20;

Bạn mở app Anydesk lên, sao chép ID của máy gửi cho nhân viên CSKH để được hỗ trợ nhé <3
