**Hướng dẫn đổi Email tài khoản EA (Origin)**

### Bước 1

Bạn hãy đăng nhập vào trang <https://myaccount.ea.com/> theo thông tin tài khoản EA được cấp trong đơn hàng

### Bước 2

Ở mục **Email Address**, chọn **Edit**

### Bước 3

Một bảng thông báo hiện ra, bạn chọn **Send Security Code**

### Bước 4

Nhắn tin cho bộ phận chăm sóc khách hàng tại đường link <https://divineshop.vn/chat> để họ sẽ gửi mã xác nhận cho bạn

### Bước 5

Sau đó hãy nhập Email mới của bạn vào rồi nhấn **Send Code.**<br>

### Bước 6

Vào mail mới của bạn lấy mã EA gửi về rồi nhấn Submit để hoàn thành đổi Email

## Hướng dẫn đổi mật khẩu tài khoản EA (Origin)

### Bước 1

Bạn hãy đăng nhập vào trang <https://myaccount.ea.com/am/ui/security-privacy> bằng tài khoản EA theo đơn hàng.

### Bước 2

Ở phần **Password**, chọn **Edit**.

### Bước 3

Nếu bạn đổi Email trước khi đổi mật khẩu, đoạn này hãy nhấn **Send Cod**e để EA gửi mã OTP về email của bạn. Còn nếu bạn chưa đổi email mà đổi mật khẩu thì hệ thống vẫn gửi 1 mã về email, bạn hãy nhắn tin cho CSKH tại đường link <https://divineshop.vn/chat> để nhận mã nhé:

### Bước 4

Nhập mã OTP rồi nhấn **Submit**

Nhập Password mới rồi nhấn nút **Save** để hoàn thành đổi mật khẩu
