# Hướng dẫn đổi thông tin tài khoản Epic Games

**Bước 1**: Tiến hành đăng nhập vào tài khoản Epic Games trên trang web [**tại đây**](https://store.epicgames.com/vi/) và liên hệ với bộ phận CSKH tại đây để lấy mã xác thực, sau đó vào phần [**Account settings**](https://www.epicgames.com/account)**.**

**Bước 2**: Trong mục **Account Settings**, chọn nút **Edit** ở bên phải địa chỉ email.

**Bước 3**: Trong cửa sổ pop-up, nhập địa chỉ email mới của bạn rồi chọn **Continue**.

**Bước 3**: Khi bạn chọn **Continue**, một email tự động có chứa mã bảo mật sẽ được gửi đến email hiện tại trên tài khoản, đồng thời cửa sổ **Enter Security Code** sẽ xuất hiện. **Đừng đóng cửa sổ này.**

**Bước 4**: Liên hệ với CSKH lấy mã xác thực [**tại đây**](http://divineshop.vn/chat) và nhập mã đó vào cửa sổ **pop-up.**

**Bước 5**: Chọn **Continue**. Một email tự động chứa liên kết xác minh sẽ được gửi đến email mới, đồng thời cửa sổ **Please Verify Your Email Address** sẽ xuất hiện.

**Bước 6**: Vào hộp thư email mới của bạn, tìm email xác minh và nhấn **VERIFY YOUR EMAIL**.

* Tiêu đề email sẽ là “**Please Confirm Your Email Address**.” Nếu không thấy email này, hãy kiểm tra thư mục spam.
* Nếu bạn mở email này trên một trình duyệt hoặc thiết bị khác, sẽ có yêu cầu đăng nhập lại vào tài khoản Epic Games. Khi đăng nhập, hãy sử dụng email cũ (email bạn đang thay đổi).
